I always have a great experience at this shop! This place runs like a well oiled machine. I got an appt less than 24 hours. They were on time & quick with my service. I talked to multiple employees and they were all polite, informative and asked if they could help with anything else. I got my tires aired up, balance and rotated and new windshield wipers. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful team. Stayed after close to ensure everything was done perfectly. Came in pretty nervous about getting custom wheels mounted, but they did a fantastic job! Will come again.

I’ve been going here for the last couple years now across two different vehicles, and every single individual that I’ve interacted with is not only so kind, but they are so helpful and genuinely provide every option that they can! Late last night my tire pressure started dropping out of nowhere so I decided to bring my car in this morning. We found out there was a whole nail in my tire, and I was in full panic mode because I’m heading out of town this evening. Even though I was flustered, the person that helped me out was able to super easily explain that they were able to plug my tire for free. The relief that this team gave me today was something extraordinary, and I’m so grateful that even across several years this discount tire is, hands-down, the best location in Gainesville. I would go nowhere else to get my tires serviced. Huge thanks to everyone here!!!

I have been here several times and each time i have a very good experience. This most recent was no different. I needed new tires same day at 5 PM basically. Al, along with the entire team made it a great and easy process working hard after closing until 6:30 or so on my car. I am very grateful and my car drives like new!! Thank you!!

Stark contrast between my experience here and my local Discount Tire that I avoid like the plague nowadays in St Johns Durbin Park. That's a review for another day. The leadership here in Gainesville is outstanding. I called 40 minutes before they closed for an award ceremony to say I had a bit of an emergency. Simultaneously, a customer's RV I was picking up here in Gainesville and my own HD Dually had tires to be replaced. I had a dually flat and my customers tires were gonna blow out on a four hour trip unless they were replaced, practically guaranteed. Well, they fit me in, a commercial driver on the job, and seemed happy to do it as long as I got there in time. Took me 30 minutes so I arrived 10 prior. Didn't check in until 12:03. I separated the truck from the RV and they accommodated. They were friendly and genuinely wanted to help. They were busy as hell but organized and everyone was chipping in, including one of the managers, Floyd, who was the guy I spoke with on the phone. That guy is customer service gold. Like clockwork, one of the sales guys, Asteler, was on the ground telling me where to detach and park the RV and also made it a solidly smooth process through and
